Glad everyone loves the aug. Reality Obi. Can’t get enough of the tech myself. [#]

Brooks was perhaps overhyped with District 9. Sorry guys, but it was incredibly predictable and the allegory for apartheid was heavy handed. 6 or 7 out of ten. Tops.

Brooks Shadow Complex is fantastic. One of the better adventure-platformers I’ve played recently. And it’s beautiful. 100% recommended.

Dear Mr. Brown,
I have just finished reading your book. I received it this afternoon and could not put it down until the end. I apologise for leaving this on your blog, but your publisher’s website didn’t have an email address for this kind of message.Thank you for writing it, it has given me an immense amount of comfort. I have also read Dave Cullen’s book and from a review on amazon made by your father, I decided I needed another point of view.
Cullen’s book to me seemed to portray Dylan as a complete innocent only turned to violence 5 days before the killings. That did not gel for me.
I graduated high school in 2000, from a school in central new york that seemed a lot like the culture at Columbine. I consider the events at columbine to be the most significant event of my adolescence, and I wasn’t even close to being there.
I had a lot of unrealized anger towards Eric and Dylan, specifically because they made it harder for unaccepted kids, like they themselves, to get along. For me it caused a greater rift between those who were considered normal and those who weren’t, especially since the trend for reject kids was to wear long black coats.
I’ve never written to an author like this before, and I’m afraid I’m gushing now. Thank you for taking the time to put your story down on paper.
-Morgan McArdle
