I’ve been a ‘Gamer’ for many years now. Not a normal gamer, mind you, but one who obsessively plays anything I can get my hands on. As such, my first and only line of defense against bad games has been the trusted critical review process. When a game was set to be out, I’d pick up Electronic Gaming Monthly, check the scores, and decide whether or not it was worth taking a chance on a $50 loss. That has all changed – as of yesterday.
